Amy & the kids came to stay with us a couple of days while we were in San Diego. It is fun to have them with us.

Crystal Pier- Missed the Earthquake- Apr 4, 2010

While we were walking on the beach there was a 7.2 earthquake in Mexico and felt in San Diego. There was damage on the 11th floor of the Capri and they closed all the elevators. Our 1st time walking up the stairs.

We didn't feel the earthquake, but a girl from Spain and a girl from Colorado told us about it.

Hoover Dam- April 1, 2010

On April 1st, we drove to Boulder City to see the Hoover Dam. It looks great but there are still a lot of unfinished areas. With all of the traffic it took us about 1 hour to finally get there.
